Online bookings enabled?
Each provider can decide for themselves whether or not they allow bookings from outside their business premises (“online”).
If this is possible, you can easily find the provider of your choice using the app’s search function and easily get to your desired date.
Live waiting times, push notifications on your smartphone
The app informs you as a waiting person at any time about the expected remaining waiting time and the status of your appointment booking. Spend your waiting time whereever you want.
In addition, your service provider has the option of communicating with you specifically, e.g. to point out unforeseen circumstances.
Even for on-site bookings: you can still stay flexible and up to date
Each ticket has a unique QR code. This code can be scanned with a smartphone camera or via our app to digitalize the ticket. It will then be opened in the browser or stored in the app.
You will be kept informed via push notifications and can spend your waiting time wherever you like.
